Guava Home Healthcare Franchisee Training and Support

 
Guava provides Franchisees and area developers with guidance and support as you build your business.

Training and support are the backbone of the Guava® franchise model. Our ongoing support will provide you with the tools you need as an individual Franchisee or master developer. Our corporate support team is with you every phase of the way as you are learning and growing within the Guava Building Block Healthcare System™.

We stand by our innovative training approach and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and on-site training. You will meet with leaders in the marketing industry, work with our innovative advanced technology systems, and receive one-on-one training from the Guava operations managers, human resource managers, licensure managers, insurance managers, business readiness coaches and on-site Registered Nurses.

Our Operational Manual will guide you through the entire process of building your business. The Table of Contents to our Operational Manual is available during our Join the Team Day for your further review.

We value our franchisees as true partners in our business. We conduct weekly leadership calls with all franchisees. Regular updates and ongoing support from Guava corporate to include Intranet support as well as the Guava University training and our strategic partners are all a part of our culture of dependability at Guava.

Home Healthcare Franchisee Training

Our training program provides daily support during the early stages of business building. Business readiness coaching and mentoring guide you through a seamless transition from one phase to the next. Whether you are an individual franchisee or an master developer, our approach enables you to grow within our proprietary building block development system while affording you the ability to follow an individualized business plan.

Your training begins within the first week of signing your franchise agreement with a three (3) day orientation training guiding you through the Franchisee checklist. You’ll start by completing an introductory training module in the comfort of your home office. Once completed, we then invite you back to Delaware for a five (5) day training with corporate staff. As your business grows, you will the Guava corporate team members and have the chance to tap into the talents of our organization.

Corporate training at the local office provides insight and a hands-on approach to mastering the many facets of your business. We make training innovative, fun and one that will give you measurable benchmarks, making significant progress every day.

With checklists, intranet support, mentoring and our Guava University training, we also provide weekly franchisee leadership calls in which you have the opportunity to network with other franchisees and share information. You will also have the opportunity to meet all franchisees at out annual Guava corporate meetings.

On-line training, daily phone calls, on-site visits, mentoring and coaching are all a part of our support system, because your success is our success!

Franchise Marketing

In working closely with our strategic marketing partner, the Star Group, the Guava corporate marketing team provides franchisees with the insights, tools, tactics and strategies to execute local marketing initiatives. We are innovative in our marketing approach, applying the latest strategies and technologies, above and beyond the core requirements fundamental to your success. Marketing tools at your disposal will include online advertising, email marketing, search engine optimization, digital and print PR, social media, etc. Franchise marketing best practices are all clearly laid out in your year one marketing plan. We also provide you with a marketing tool kit to start your business once you leave training.

We developed our unique back-of-house support model because we realize the importance of a strong marketing presence and want you out in the community building your business. Therefore, we emphasize building a strong marketing team as well as detailed support materials. The marketing operational manual provides a step-by-step guide to launching your business. You will be provided with a customized marketing plan for your local area as well as mapping software to help you identify targeted areas in your community where you need to be building relationships.

You will also be trained on your personalized Guava Care Portal. This portal is a standalone Web resource for Guava Care customers, families and franchisees. The system is like a private Facebook. It is meant to provide a single location for all pertinent information relative to an individual’s care, schedules, medication information, direct messaging, a wall for image and text content, etc. the data from this site does not interact with any other site or database.

Our team works in partnership with franchisees to develop local marketing plans. A localized website will provide you with the freedom to customize and update content specific to your business. A comprehensive catalog of marketing materials and promotional items for distribution within your target market will be available on our online store. Our marketing team works hand in hand with you on your year one plan.
